PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG, PNG, ZIP or DOCX. Up to 50 MB per file, 10 files and 200 MB total. For larger or password-protected files, use a cloud link.

How your information and files are handled

Your details are used to review and respond to your project request. Files are stored privately and cannot be downloaded until security checks pass. Files awaiting checks are removed after seven days; cleared inquiry files are retained for up to 90 days. Request details are removed 12 months after the request is closed. Cloud links are reviewed manually and are not automatically downloaded or scanned.
